How quickly can you start working on our system?

We can typically onboard new clients quickly. Ongoing support engagements or emergency hour blocks can often be activated faster than major multi-month implementations.

How long will our initial Salesforce implementation take from start to finish?

Small config/data builds take 3–6 weeks. Medium deployments (Program/Case Management) take 8–16 weeks. Enterprise multi-phase roadmaps span 3–9 months.

What are realistic timelines for high-priority fixes versus lower-priority feature builds?

High-priority fixes (broken forms, critical reporting issues) take 1–2 days to a week. Complex new feature builds or new modules span weeks to months.

How do you handle urgent requests or moving project deadlines?

We triage incoming requests immediately. For retainer clients, we can reallocate monthly hours dynamically or activate prioritized emergency hour buckets.

What will you actually deliver at the end of an implementation project?

Deliverables typically include custom objects/fields, native Flows, data migrations, dashboard reports, custom training documentation, and a deployment warranty period.

How do you prevent scope creep and ensure mutual sign-off on major changes?

We utilize detailed discovery documents, formal SOW frameworks, milestone demonstration gates, and structured sign-off requirements before production pushes.

Can you show examples of similar deliverables you've shipped for other clients?

Yes. We have delivered donor portals, automated assessment workflows, Salesforce Maps routing engines, and deep QuickBooks/NetSuite accounting integrations.

What can be solved with declarative (no-code) tools versus when do we need custom code?

We prioritize Salesforce Flows for standard automations. Custom code (Apex/LWC) is reserved for heavy data volume limits, custom UIs, or external API integrations.

What are the tradeoffs of custom code versus pre-built managed packages?

Custom code offers total design control but requires long-term maintenance. Managed packages install rapidly but act as unalterable black boxes with recurring fees.

How do you avoid creating brittle, hard-to-maintain technical solutions?
